No. Once KrisFlyer miles have been redeemed and the booking is created, the payment method cannot be changed.
Payment Method Changes After Redemption
When you redeem KrisFlyer miles for a cruise booking through KrisFlyer Cruise, your miles are deducted and applied to the booking at the time it is confirmed.
For this reason:
- The payment method is locked in once the booking is created
- KrisFlyer miles and any cash payment applied cannot be swapped or changed afterward

- If you use a combination of miles and cash, both payment components are final once confirmed
