Changing or Upgrading Your Cruise Booking
If you decide to make changes after booking, KrisFlyer Cruise allows you to amend or upgrade your cruise, subject to cruise line availability and applicable terms.
This may include:
- Upgrading to a higher cabin category
- Changing to a different sailing or itinerary
- Adding paid upgrades that increase the cruise fare
How KrisFlyer Miles Are Earned on Amendments
When a booking change or upgrade results in a higher cruise fare:
- KrisFlyer miles are earned on the additional amount paid
- Miles are calculated based on the final cruise fare paid, not the original booking amount
- Miles are awarded after the cruise is completed, once the final fare is confirmed
Important Things to Know
- Changes must be made through KrisFlyer Cruise to remain eligible for earning miles
- Any additional fees or price differences must be paid in cash
- If a change does not increase the cruise fare, no additional KrisFlyer miles will be earned
- Cancelled bookings are not eligible for earning KrisFlyer miles
