Refunds for bookings paid with KrisFlyer miles and cash are issued in the same proportion as the original payment.
Refunds for Mixed Payments Explained
If you cancel a cruise booking that was paid using a combination of KrisFlyer miles and cash, and the booking is eligible for a refund under the cruise provider’s policy, the refund will be processed proportionally.
This means:
- KrisFlyer miles and cash are refunded based on the original payment split
- For example, if your booking was paid:
- 70% with KrisFlyer miles
- 30% with cash
- The refund will be issued as:
- 70% KrisFlyer miles
- 30% cash
Important Things to Know
- Refund eligibility depends on the cruise line’s cancellation policy
- The USD 50 per person cancellation fee applies and is deducted where applicable
- Refund processing (for both miles and cash) may take up to 12 weeks
- Refunded KrisFlyer miles generally retain their original expiry date, unless otherwise stated
